Deutsche Börse Group in Cork seeks a detail-focused Factsheet Reporting Analyst to join our Data & Regulatory Reporting team. You will support the recurring factsheet production cycle for investment fund clients, ensuring outputs are complete, accurate and published on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business, data, technology, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Up to two years of experience in operations, fund administration, financial data, client reporting, or related environment.
• Interest in investment funds, financial data and client-facing reporting services.
• Experience with structured data, recurring processes, or controlled production deadlines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled factsheet generation batches and monitor completion against production timelines.
• Perform first-line checks covering data completeness, reporting-period alignment, prior-period movements, calculations, and presentation.
• Investigate and clear production exceptions; escalate complex data, template or platform issues as needed.
• Maintain clear evidence of checks, approvals, and completed production activities.
