mthree partners with a leading global investment bank to offer a 12-month Junior Fund Accountant placement in Dublin. You will gain hands-on fund accounting experience, NAV components, and financial reporting cycles through structured academy training.

From day one you’ll support reconciliations, fund reporting, and client inquiries while working with senior colleagues to drive process improvements and controls in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Finance/accounting degree or equivalent required.
• 0–3 years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of high-quality accounting services for assigned funds and clients.
• Perform reconciliations and prepare fund reports.
• Assist with NAV components and fund accounting principles.
• Support process improvements and controls.
• Work with senior colleagues on complex items.
