Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with top 20% of class.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of substantive investment funds experience.
• Experience with private equity funds, hedge funds, and fund formation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid funds and others using alternative strategies.
• Support matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's investment funds practice and interact with clients.
