Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners in New York seeks Investment Funds Associate Attorneys to represent private equity, hedge, real estate, and other funds employing alternative strategies. A top-tier JD and active bar are required, with 3–6 years in investment management and fund formation.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.

Responsibilities

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
