The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, is actively admitted to the bar, and has 3–6 years of experience in investment management and fund formation, including private equity, hedge and real estate funds.

You will represent funds employing alternative strategies, support retail alternatives (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds), collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to

Qualifikationen

JD from a top-tier law school with top 20% class.
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.
Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is advantageous.

Aufgaben

Represent funds employing alternative investment strategies.
Provide support on retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
