The Recruiting Hive seeks an Investment Funds Associate Attorney for its New York office. Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, bar admission, and 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.

Experience with private equity, hedge funds, real estate funds, or related strategies is highly valued. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, represent diverse funds, support business development, and contribute to a growing investment

Qualificações

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit are required.

Responsabilidades

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
