Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in New York seeks Investment Funds Associate Attorneys to join its International AMLaw 50 firm affiliated office. Candidates will handle representation of private equity, hedge funds, real estate funds and other vehicles using alternative investment strategies.

Applicants should have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 3–6 years of experience in investment management and fund formation, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's investment funds practice and support business development.

LOCATION: NEW YORK

INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 FIRM has an immediate opening for Investment FundsAssociate Attorneys in their New Yorkoffice.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of substantive experience ininvestment managementandfund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
