Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. in New York seeks Investment Funds Associate Attorneys to represent private equity, hedge, real estate, and other funds employing alternative strategies.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide strategic legal solutions and contribute to business development. Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials, possess active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, and have 3–6 years of substantive investment

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.

Responsibilities

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm’s expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of substantive experience ininvestment managementandfund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.
