Talent Solutions Partners is seeking Investment Funds Associate Attorneys in New York. The firm, an international AMLAW 50 practice, invites candidates with JD from a top-tier law school, active Bar admission, and 3–6 years of investment funds experience to join a collaborative team.

The role focuses on representing private equity, hedge, real estate, and other funds utilizing alternative strategies, with a strong path for business development and client engagement.

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment funds.
• Experience with private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, or hybrid funds is advantageous.

INVESTMENT FUNDS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS

LOCATION: NEW YORK

INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 FIRM has an immediate opening for Investment FundsAssociate Attorneys in their New Yorkoffice.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of substantive experience ininvestment managementandfund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
