Job summary

1919 Investment Counsel, LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to bring extensive operations expertise across reconciliation, corporate actions processing, security master setup and maintenance, account setup and performance calculations. This role supports client-facing Portfolio Management teams and drives special projects to improve workflows.

The candidate will assist with GIPS composite maintenance, establish security master data, analyze performance data, and prepare client reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years' related experience.
• Experience with reconciliation, corporate actions processing and performance calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily position and transaction reconciliation of Advent, APX, and custodian banks.
• Process corporate actions for securities (cash and stock dividends, splits, mergers, acquisitions).
• Assist with GIPS composite maintenance and verification process.
• Establish and maintain security master data.
• Calculate, reconcile and analyze performance data.
• Support and create client reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Provide expertise and support for trading, portfolio accounting, and analytics systems.
• Lead or participate in special projects to improve workflows.
• Provide training and leadership to new employees.
