Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in investment data management, investment operations, or investment accounting, with meaningful tenure at an insurance company general account or insurance asset manager.
• Strong background in AI, with demonstrated ability to use AI to drive efficiency and solve business problems.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data warehouse environments and ETL processes.
• Experience with at least one institutional investment accounting or data platform, such as Clearwater, Eagle/BNY, PAM, CAMRA, Aladdin, or Bloomberg AIM.
• Proven ability to translate between investment professionals, accountants, and IT engineers.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain data classification framework and mappings across systems.
• Define and enforce data quality standards and controls.
• Own data lineage documentation from source to reporting outputs.
• Ensure data supports statutory reporting and RBC/capital inputs.
• Partner with IT on vendor feeds, pricing, and analytics data.
• Lead data warehouse enhancements and act as product owner for the data warehouse.
