Job summary

National Life Group seeks a Director, Investment Data & Analytics to steward the investment data ecosystem end-to-end, from accounting inputs through the data warehouse to reporting and analytics. You will own data quality, lineage, and governance, partnering with IT on ETL, feeds, and automation to support committees and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or related.
• 7-10+ years in investment data management, operations, or accounting roles.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with data warehousing and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data quality standards and governance across the investment data lifecycle.
• Maintain data lineage and controlled data sets for internal and external reporting.
• Own the investment data warehouse inputs, reconciliations, and analytics feeds.
• Collaborate with IT on ETL, vendor feeds, and automation of data processes.
• Support quarter- and year-end close with a validated, governed data set for reporting.
