Job summary

RBC in Boston seeks an Associate Director for Content Marketing within Global Asset Management. You will lead development of US-market content and help scale the function globally, driving engagement with intermediary audiences.

You will partner with Investment, Distribution and Marketing teams to produce high-impact thought leadership across print, digital, video, and webpages, while leveraging AI tools to optimize performance and expansion across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading creation of investment insights within asset management.
• Ability to distill complex concepts for institutional and intermediary audiences across geographies.
• Proven capacity for high output in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Experience deploying AI tools for content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Investment, Distribution, and Marketing to deliver high impact thought leadership across media channels.
• Refresh evergreen materials and adapt content across media.
• Own editorial calendars, timely delivery, impact measurement and stakeholder engagement.
• Define client messages with stakeholders and reflect them in content output.
• Collaborate with global content teams to leverage content across regions.
• Analyze content performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Pilot new formats and AI-enabled distribution tactics.
