Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Client Servicing Analyst to deliver top-tier operational support and build strong relationships with our global clients. You will address inquiries on investment accounting matters and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and accurately.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support and manage client inquiries on investment accounting topics.
• Deliver timely, accurate information regarding financial statements and analytics.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior staff and conduct oversight on their work.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources and use internal tools for reconciling transactions.
• Navigate knowledge bases to proactively solve client queries and problems.
• Prioritize tasks to meet productivity and quality metrics.
• Lead or participate in long-term projects with other internal teams.
• Handle complex client queries as needed.
