Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Client Servicing Analyst to deliver top-tier operational support and build strong client relationships. You will address inquiries relating to investment accounting, financial statements, and analytics reporting, serving as the bridge between clients and internal teams.

You will manage client inquiries, validate data, and support training for junior staff, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 1+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment accounting and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries on topics across investment accounting and financial markets.
• Deliver timely, accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setups and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance client experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party sources and internal tools.
• Navigate knowledge bases to proactively resolve client queries.
• Prioritize work based on productivity and quality metrics.
• Contribute to training and coaching of junior staff.
