Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks Client Servicing Analysts to deliver top-tier operational support and nurture strong relationships with our global clients. You will address inquiries on investment accounting, statements, and analytics, acting as a vital link between clients and internal teams.

You will handle account setup, reconciliations, compliance tasks, and collaborate with clients to improve their experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field.
• Strong understanding of investment accounting and financial statements.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets.
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as a Clearwater user.
• Validate investment data against available third-party market data sources and use internal tools to reconcile transactions.
• Navigate knowledge base and documentation to proactively solve client queries and problems.
• Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics; prioritize high-importance work.
• Take on team and client projects involving other internal teams.
• Deal with complex client queries.
• Assist in training and coaching junior staff and oversee their work.
