Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Client Servicing Analyst in Chicago to deliver top-tier operational support for global clients. You will address inquiries on investment and accounting topics, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and turn clients into advocates.

You will validate data, use internal tools, and help train junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with core reports in Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and Performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries & requests on topics across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets.
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and enhance their Clearwater user experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources and use internal tools for reconciling investment transactions.
• Navigate knowledge bases and documentation to proactively solve client queries.
• Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics; prioritize high importance work.
• Engage in team and client projects with cross-team collaboration.
• Handle more complex client queries.
• Assist in training, developing, and coaching junior staff and oversee their work.”
