Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Client Servicing Analyst in Chicago to deliver operational support to global clients. You will address inquiries on investment accounting, deliver timely financial statements, and perform account setup and reconciliation tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and requests on investment accounting topics and financial markets.
• Provide timely, accurate information on Financial Statements and Analytics Reporting.
• Perform operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and enhance the Clearwater experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources and reconcile using internal tools.
• Navigate knowledge bases to proactively solve client queries and manage workflow by priority.
• Handle complex client queries and assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
