Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Client Servicing Analyst to deliver top-tier operational support and foster strong relationships with global clients. You will address inquiries on investment accounting matters and serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires using internal tools, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting training of junior staff while prioritizing high-impact work to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries & requests on topics across investment accounting and financial markets.
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Complete operational tasks such as account set up, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and enhance their Clearwater experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party sources and reconcile transactions.
