Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and due diligence skills expected.
• Ability to conduct market research and prepare marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Draft and present marketing materials, pitch books, and confidential offering memoranda.
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct in-depth industry research to generate opportunities.
