Texas Capital seeks qualified candidates for an Investment Banking Analyst role. You will support senior bankers in day-to-day transaction activities, build complex financial models, and help prepare marketing materials and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to build dynamic financial models.
• Ability to conduct due diligence and prepare concise analyses for senior bankers.
• Proficiency in Excel and related financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution.
• Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses.
• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations.
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities.
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings.
