Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in the United States seeks an Investment Banking Analyst to support senior bankers across transactions from due diligence to closing. You will build dynamic 3-statement models, perform valuations, and prepare confidential offering materials and client presentations.

You will also help develop investor lists, conduct industry research, and coordinate deal discussions while mentoring junior analysts as part of a collaborative banking team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience in investment banking or corporate finance preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day due diligence and execution.
• Develop dynamic 3-statement financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations.
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and partners.
• Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support opportunities.
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule deal meetings; mentor analysts.

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution
• Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses
• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners
• Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings
• Mentor and train analysts
