Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Arkansas is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support senior bankers with due diligence, financial modeling, and the preparation of marketing materials.

You will develop dynamic 3-statement models, conduct industry research, and help coordinate presentations for potential buyers and partners. Strong analytical mindset, motivation, and client-service focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in building and interpreting financial models and analyses
• Ability to perform due diligence and support reporting
• Experience preparing client-ready materials and presentations

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution
• Develop dynamic 3-statement financial models and valuation analyses
• Draft and participate in marketing materials, pitch books, and confidential memoranda
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and partners
• Conduct industry research to identify opportunities and support deals
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction meetings
• Mentor and train analysts

• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations

• Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings
