Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking qualified candidates for an Investment Banking Analyst role in Dallas. You will support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution, and help develop dynamic financial models and valuation analyses.

You will also draft marketing materials, coordinate discussions, and mentor junior analysts while contributing to client service excellence and deal success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or accounting required.
• Strong financial modeling and due diligence skills expected.
• Ability to conduct market research and prepare marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Draft and present marketing materials, pitch books, and confidential offering memoranda.
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct in-depth industry research to generate opportunities.
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction meetings.
