Selby Jennings’ Healthcare Services team in NYC is seeking Associates (Associate 1–3) to join a top-tier investment banking environment. You will work with senior bankers advising healthcare services companies, sponsors, and strategic buyers on high-profile M&A and capital-raising transactions.

The role offers exposure to live deals, rigorous financial analysis, and rapid professional growth within a respected healthcare franchise on the Street.

Formación

• 3+ years of investment banking experience.
• Strong M&A execution and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience preparing client presentations and managing transaction processes.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare and healthcare services sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Execute live M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across the healthcare services sector.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare client presentations, board materials, marketing documents, and other transaction-related deliverables.
• Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, sponsors, legal advisors, and other transaction parties.
• Conduct industry and company research across healthcare services subsectors.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to the overall execution and development of the team.
• Work directly with senior bankers and gain exposure to client-facing responsibilities.
