Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.
• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research.
• Prepare management presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and workstreams with clients and senior bankers.
• Participate in client meetings and transaction execution from inception through closing.
