Qualifications

• Requires combination of education and/or experience providing investigative competencies.
• Ability to interview, gather and analyze information, and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of alleged violations of Title 08 statutes and 12 AAC regulations.
• Conduct interviews, invoke disciplinary actions, and prepare cases for administrative hearing.
• Review cases with Alaska State Medical Board members and attend board meetings.
