Job summary

The Arlington County Government’s Human Rights Office seeks a result-oriented, self-starter HR/EEO Investigator to lead investigations into discrimination or harassment complaints within public and private sector employment, housing, education, and public accommodations.

You will analyze evidence across protected bases (race, color, sex, gender identity/expression, religion, national origin, marital status, disability, familial status and age) and prepare formal reports with actionable

Qualifications

• Investigation experience in EEO/HR preferred.
• Knowledge of discrimination/harassment laws in the US is a plus.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
