Qualifikationen

• 36 mos. trg. or 36 mos. exp. in business administration, management science or public administration.
• If operating vehicles, must have valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Undergraduate core program in business admin, management science or public admin with 12 mos. trg/exp in supervisory/administrative roles.
• Undergraduate core program in a field commensurate with program area with 12 mos. trg/exp in supervisory/administrative roles.
• Equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment as noted above.

Aufgaben

• Oversee UI/MUI incident processes and safety policies for the facility.
• Formulate and monitor safety, investigative protocols and licensure standards.
• Act as liaison between management and staff and conduct investigations with documentation.
• Submit reports on a timely basis and prepare periodic trend analyses.
• Develop systems to ensure state certification/licensure compliance and report statewide trends.
• Lead staff meetings and provide guidance in the supervisor's absence.
• Support emergencies and deliver incident prevention training.
