Job summary

The NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to oversee statewide incident monitoring, ensure proper classification, documentation, protective actions, and required notifications. The role also reviews provider investigations, tracks CAPs, and updates IRMA and VPCR data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Experience with incident management and data review.
• Ability to liaise with state agencies and providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide monitoring and oversight of incident management.
• Review investigations, request evidence, and ensure data entry into IRMA and VPCR.
• Analyze IRMA data to identify trends and generate reports.
• Coordinate with NYS Justice Center and other agencies on investigations.
• Provide training and technical assistance on incident management protocols.
