Job summary

Frasco Investigative Services, headquartered in Irvine, CA, seeks an Experienced Investigative Consultant - Business Development to drive new business growth across the Southeast while building lasting client relationships.

You will manage a regional territory, develop strategic plans, and represent Frasco at conferences and events, with remote/hybrid work and regional travel to Florida, Georgia, and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, account management, or client development experience.
• Professional experience within insurance, claims, investigations, SIU, risk management, or workers' compensation.
• Proven ability to build relationships, grow client accounts, and develop new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue and gross-profit objectives.
• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities within targeted accounts and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
• Expand existing client relationships by identifying additional needs and opportunities for Frasco’s investigative services.
• Manage an active sales pipeline and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and recommend solutions.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations and proposals communicating Frasco’s value.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to attend industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies for large and strategic accounts.
