Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as civil, mechanical, biomedical engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in premises liability investigations, forensic consulting, safety analysis or related work.
• Experience evaluating building codes, regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with slip/trip/fall investigations and causation analysis.
• Proven ability to prepare expert reports and communicate findings to legal/insurance stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Conduct forensic investigations involving premises liability claims and litigation matters.
• Evaluate site conditions, maintenance practices, and environmental factors related to incident causation.
• Perform site inspections, evidence collection, and documentation.
• Develop technical opinions on causation and liability for litigation support.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and expert materials; provide deposition/testimony when needed.
