This remote role is based in the Las Vegas area; it requires strong analytics, report writing, and collaboration with experts, counsel, and clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or MBA.
• 4+ to 10 years of prior experience in economic damages and/or forensic accounting.
• Prior experience at one of the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms is a plus but other commensurate experience will be considered.
• Holder of or pursuing CPA, CFF, CFA, CFE, ASA or ABV credentials is a must.
• Strong expert report writing skills to complement strong analytics and quantitative skills.
• Able to quickly assimilate relevant information and develop creative approaches to resolve complex problems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-resolution abilities.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with SQL, R or other data tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct economic, valuation, financial, accounting, and industry research as needed.
• Analyze financial and non-financial information and report findings to team members; CapIQ experience is a plus.
• Prepare damages models and expert reports with attention to detail.
• Work independently in managing staff and communicating with experts, clients, and counsel.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and mediations; travel as needed (<10%).
• Manage the day-to-day requirements of multiple engagements.
