Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery’s Labor Relations Department is seeking an Investigator for the Production Workplace Investigations team.

This role conducts objective investigations into complaints of misconduct or policy violations by production employees, primarily in North America, in a hybrid work model (three days in office, two remote). You will develop interview strategies, perform unbiased fact-finding, produce comprehensive reports, and recommend disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of employment law is required.
• Must keep information confidential and act with objectivity.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops investigation strategies for assigned complaints.
• Coordinating with Security, Leave of Absence, and Compliance on related issues.
• Conducts unbiased fact-finding and concludes based on evidence.
• Prepare and deliver clear investigatory outcome reports to stakeholders.
