Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience practicing as an employment attorney preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with employer contacts to discuss logistics and background information.
• Develop investigation strategies.
• Gather all relevant facts, documentation, and data relevant to the case.
• Conduct effective investigative interviews and create witness statements.
• Review personnel documents, collect and analyze employee data.
• Prepare reports documenting and analyzing evidence, assessing witness credibility, and making factual findings.
