Warner Bros. Discovery in Burbank, CA seeks an Investigator for the Production Workplace Investigations team within Labor Relations.

The role conducts objective, balanced investigations into misconduct or policy violations by production employees across North America. You will develop interview strategies, gather evidence, coordinate with Security, Compliance and Employment Counsel, and draft clear outcome reports with recommended actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; JD preferred.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Must understand employment law and federal/local laws.
• Ability to handle multiple investigations with discretion.
• Experience in production environment is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop investigation strategies and tailored interview questions.
• Coordinate with Security, Leave of Absence, Compliance on related issues.
• Conduct unbiased fact-finding and reach conclusions.
• Prepare and deliver investigatory outcome reports.
• Analyze findings and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Draft documentation or conditional employment agreements.
