Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an Investigator for the Production Workplace Investigations team within the Labor Relations Department.

The role conducts objective investigations into complaints of misconduct by production or represented facility employees, primarily in North America, across various unions. This position combines in-office work three days a week with two remote days, requiring strong discretion, detailed documentation, and adherence to employment law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; J.D. preferred.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of employment law; federal/local laws governing employment issues.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Must be objective, unbiased, and able to handle multiple investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop investigation strategies for assigned complaints; tailor interview questions; coordinate with Security, Leave of Absence, and Compliance.
• Prepare and deliver investigatory outcome reports to stakeholders; analyze findings; recommend disciplinary actions.
• Issue disciplinary outcomes and draft tailored documentation or conditional employment agreements.
