You will manage the EthicsPoint platform, customize reporting, and collaborate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams to strengthen governance and risk mitigation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Data analysis: design and perform complex analyses on investigations data to identify trends and risks.
• EthicsPoint admin: manage, customize, and configure the reporting infrastructure.
• Executive reporting: present high-level risk metrics and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Process improvement: enhance data integrity and governance of reporting workflows.
• Cross-functional support: partner with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams on investigation insights.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Independently design, evaluate, and perform complex analyses on investigations data to identify systemic trends, operational vulnerabilities, and compliance risks across the business.
• EthicsPoint Platform Management & Customization: Serve as the functional administrator and subject matter expert for the EthicsPoint reporting infrastructure. Evaluate operational requirements and exercise discretion to determine data collection architectures, reporting parameters, and workflow configurations.
• Executive Advisory & Reporting: Formulate, interpret, and present high-level risk assessment metrics and strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership and key business stakeholders to influence corporate compliance strategy.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Evaluate current investigation workflows and reporting methodologies; formulate independent proposals to enhance data integrity, streamline reporting governance, and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional Advisory: Provide analytical support and strategic guidance to internal audit, legal, and compliance partners on high-significance investigation trends and risk-exposure areas.
