Job summary

Kroll's North American Investigations, Diligence and Compliance team seeks an Associate Manager based in the United States. The role involves developing and managing investigations, client relationships, proposals, and project management to ensure high‑quality case completion.

Responsibilities include case strategy, evidence gathering, financial analysis, asset tracing, and preparing client-ready conclusions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA (US) are required.
• U.S. citizenship and work authorization in the United States are required.
• Minimum 3 years’ investigative and/or audit experience with a professional services or investigative firm.
• Excellent accounting and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand case and client needs through discussions or guidance from senior team members.
• Lead and support complex investigations, forensic accounting, regulatory compliance, and related projects.
• Conduct information gathering and investigative interviews with stakeholders.
• Document forensic accounting procedures and present findings in client-ready reports.
• Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
