Job summary

Kroll is seeking an Associate Manager for its Investigations, Diligence and Compliance practice in the United States. The role involves managing investigations, client relationships, and project delivery, with a focus on forensic accounting, internal controls, and risk assessment.

The ideal candidate brings CPA (US), a solid audit background, and strong communication skills to lead teams and deliver client-ready insights under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA (US) are required.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to work in the United States are required.
• Minimum 3 years’ investigative and/or audit experience in a professional services or investigations firm.
• Excellent accounting fundamentals and ability to apply core principles to complex engagements.
• Strong English communication skills; ability to lead client calls and deliver reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and manage investigations and consulting cases.
• Lead complex investigations, forensic accounting, and regulatory compliance projects.
• Conduct information gathering and investigative interviews with stakeholders.
• Perform financial analysis, asset tracing, and testing internal controls.
• Write client-focused reports and present interim findings to clients.
• Manage projects, guide interns/associates, and ensure timely delivery.
