Job summary

Kroll’s North American Investigations, Diligence and Compliance practice seeks a Senior Manager based in the U.S. to develop and manage investigations and consulting cases, including client relationships, proposals, consulting, and project management.

This role emphasizes delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines, growing new business and clients, and coordinating across Kroll’s offices in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CPA (US) are required.
• U.S. citizenship or work authorization is required for this role.
• Minimum 8 years of investigative experience in a professional/financial services or similar firm.
• CFF certification preferred; CFE an asset.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage investigations and consulting cases with client relationships, proposals and project management.
• Oversee quality of Associates, Associate Managers and Managers; provide guidance on research.
• Lead information gathering and investigative interviews with stakeholders.
• Conduct and document testing of internal controls and prepare client-focused reports.
• Present findings to clients and manage client relationships across projects.
• Drive new business opportunities and cross-sell services to clients.
