Kroll’s North American Investigations, Diligence and Compliance - Specialist practice is seeking an Associate Manager based in the U.S. This role develops and manages investigations and consulting cases, including client relationships, proposals, consulting and project management, and will have responsibility for quality and case completion and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA (US) are required.
• U.S. citizenship and authorization to work in the United States are required.
• Minimum 3 years’ investigative and/or audit experience with a professional services or investigative firm.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and ability to apply core principles across engagements.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage investigations and consulting cases with client relationships and proposals.
• Assist on case strategy, scoping, interview planning and information gathering.
• Conduct forensic accounting procedures, tracing funds and validating expenses.
• Write reports and present findings to clients, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Provide oversight and guidance to junior staff and coordinate resources.
