Job summary

Brillio is seeking an Inventory / Workforce Management Lead to guide the AMIR deployment system. The role requires 8+ years of experience, a 4-year degree, and strong leadership in complex software implementations.

You will oversee inventory tracking, workforce management, and routing solutions across vendors and teams. Based in a remote/hybrid setup with Monterey Park, CA, you will collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, design scalable architectures, and drive end-to-end delivery

Qualifications

• Requires 8 years of related experience.
• Requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate technical design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex software implementations involving cross-functional teams, external vendors, and downstream applications.
• Knowledge of SDLC, scalable application architectures, reusable component design, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Co-leads with the System Integrator Lead to define complex technical software requirements and design.
• Manages AMIR and System Integrator vendors to develop a project schedule and milestones.
• Leads cross-functional teams through end-to-end testing and readiness activities.
• Serves as escalation point for complex technical issues and investigates permanent solutions.
• Conducts research on emerging software products and standards to support procurement and maintenance.
• Develops robust backend logic and ensures seamless system integrations.
• Ensures high levels of production system performance and reliability.
• Designs, runs and monitors performance tests to locate issues and drive improvements.
• Applies Agile and SDLC methodologies to manage development activities.
