Brillio is seeking an experienced Inventory / Workforce Management Lead to drive the AMIR project, coordinating inventory tracking, workforce management, and deployment routing systems. This senior role requires guiding cross‑functional teams and collaborating with vendors to deliver scalable, mission‑critical solutions.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, end‑to‑end testing, and overall system readiness across multiple domains while ensuring performance and reliability in production

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in software development or systems integration.
• Experience leading complex software implementations with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-leads with the System Integrator Lead to define complex technical software requirements, solution design, testing strategies, and cutover plans.
• Manages the Advanced Meter Infrastructure Replacement (AMIR) and System Integrator vendors to develop a project schedule, defines deliverables, ensure software quality, and achieve milestones.
• Leads cross‑functional teams through end‑to‑end testing, ensuring successful validation and readiness of inventory tracking and deployment systems.
• Serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues, leading investigations and permanent solutions.
• Develops robust backend logic, optimizes front‑end performance, and ensures seamless system integrations.
• Ensures high levels of ongoing system and application performance in production environments.
