Job summary

Sunrun’s Warehouse Specialist is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse layout, managing all material movement, and ensuring inventory accuracy and safety. The role includes forklift operations to unload shipments, processing receipts, and stocking materials while keeping auditable records and supporting planning teams.

You will use Oracle ERP for transactions, perform daily cycle counts, and collaborate with field teams to mobilize installation crews and handle returns to vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and Oracle ERP preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a bonus.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to safety policies and hazard reporting.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized warehouse layout and manage material movement.
• Operate forklift to unload shipments and process receipts.
• Record material movement in Oracle ERP (receiving, stocking, issuing, vendor returns).
• Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain auditable records for shipping and receiving of materials.
• Coordinate with planning and replenishment teams on stocking levels.
• Pull and stage job kits in advance of install dates; support will-call process.
• Collaborate with field teams to mobilize installation crews and support drop shipping.
• Assist service teams with timely processing of returned materials.
