Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in San Jose who will ensure safe storage and accurate deployment of materials to installers. Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

The role requires forklift operation, experience with WMS and Oracle ERP, and a proactive, safety‑minded team player who can adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with planning and service teams. Starting wage listed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and Oracle preferred.
• Forklift operation experience encouraged.
• Proactive problem solver with ability to adapt priorities.
• Strong focus on safety policies and hazard reporting.
• Team player with ability to coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized warehouse layout and manage material movement.
• Ensure safety and security of all inventory and equipment.
• Operate forklift to unload shipments and stock material.
• Record material movement in Oracle ERP system.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Collaborate with planning and replenishment teams on stocking levels.
• Prepare and stage job kits ahead of install dates.
• Support field crews with rapid morning mobilization.
• Coordinate returns with Service Team.
