Job summary

Sunrun is hiring a Warehouse Specialist in Grand Prairie, TX to ensure materials are safely stored and deployed to installers. You will receive, ship, build jobs, and maintain inventory accuracy with a focus on warehouse cleanliness.

You will operate a forklift, process receipts in Oracle ERP, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with planning and service teams to keep materials moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• WMS experience is preferred; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Bonus points for previous warehouse or forklift operation experience.
• Identify as a problem solver who can proactively take the lead in forwarding new insights or work methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized warehouse layout and manage material movement; ensure safety and security of inventory.
• Operate a forklift to unload shipments, process receipts, and store material.
• Use Oracle ERP to record receiving, stocking, issuing, and returns to vendors.
• Drive inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintain auditable records and standards for shipping/receiving of materials.
• Collaborate with planning/replenishment to advise stocking levels as needed.
• Pull and stage job kits ahead of install dates; support will-call materials.
