Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to ensure safe storage and accurate deployment of materials to installers. The role requires operating a forklift, managing inventory in ERP, and maintaining cycle counts to protect inventory integrity.

The candidate will support planning teams, stage kits ahead of install dates, and coordinate with field crews for efficient mobilization, while upholding safety policies and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience using WMS and Oracle ERP systems.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and report safety hazards and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized warehouse layout and manage material movement.
• Operate a forklift to unload shipments and put away material.
• Record material movements in Oracle ERP (receiving, stocking, issuing, returns).
• Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain auditable records for shipping and receiving of materials.
• Collaborate with planning teams to adjust stocking levels and ensure timely material availability.
• Pull and stage job kits for installs and support will-call material needs.
• Coordinate with field teams to mobilize installation crews efficiently.
• Assist service team with processing of returns to vendors.
