Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to safeguard and accurately manage materials in our warehouses and support installation teams.

You will receive, stock, ship, and build job kits while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean, safe work environment. In this role you will operate a forklift, process receipts in the Oracle ERP system, and collaborate with planning, service, and field teams to ensure timely material availability for install schedules.

Qualifications

• WMS experience, Oracle preferred.
• Problem solver who can lead and adapt to priorities.
• Commitment to safety policies and hazard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized warehouse layout and manage material movement.
• Ensure safety and security of inventory and equipment.
• Operate forklift to unload shipments and store material.
• Log material movement in Oracle ERP (receiving, stocking, issuing, returns).
• Conduct daily cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy.
• Maintain auditable records for shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate with planning to optimize stocking levels.
• Pull and stage job kits ahead of install dates.
• Support field mobilization with timely material delivery.
• Collaborate with Service Team for returns to vendor.
