Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and Oracle ERP preferred.
• Bonus points for previous warehouse or forklift operation experience.
• Identify as a problem solver who can proactively take the lead and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understand and apply safety policies, and report hazards.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration to reach common goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized warehouse layout and manage all material movement.
• Operate a forklift to unload shipments, process receipts, and stock material.
• Record material movements in Oracle ERP (receiving, stocking, issuing).
• Drive inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and physical checks.
• Collaborate with planning and replenishment teams on stocking levels.
• Deliver materials by staging job kits for installs and pulling misc. materials.
• Support morning mobilization with installation crews and drop shipping as needed.
• Coordinate with the Service Team on returns to vendors.
